Town of Mendon Economic Development Grant

The Town of Mendon Economic Development Grant Program provides financial assistance for eligible projects that (1) repair or replace blighted properties or (2) create new, long-term housing units (for example, an apartment above a garage). Any housing supported through this program must be used for long-term occupancy and may not be used as short-term rental housing.
Grant awards are available in amounts up to $5,000. Funds are provided on a reimbursement basis after the approved work has been completed and required documentation has been submitted (for example, invoices and proof of payment). For unusually large projects, the Selectboard may consider additional funding, subject to availability.

Please complete the application in full and submit it to the Mendon Town Office by mail, in person, or by email (if available). Applications are reviewed by the Selectboard at the next regularly scheduled meeting, provided the application is received in time to be included on the posted agenda.
